Sync Savings shortlisted for Software Innovation Product of the Year at the 2026 CIPP Annual Excellence Awards
London, 30 June 2026
Sync Savings, the UK's first dedicated Payroll Savings infrastructure platform, has been shortlisted for Software Innovation Product of the Year at the 2026 CIPP Annual Excellence Awards.
The CIPP Annual Excellence Awards are the longest-running independent awards in the UK payroll and pensions profession, judged by an independent panel and recognising organisations that are raising the bar for how payroll, pensions and rewards are delivered. This year's shortlist for Software Innovation Product of the Year includes Experian, Workday, MHR, Zellis, and Ciphr, among others.
The shortlisting reflects Sync's approach to building Payroll Savings infrastructure that is genuinely different in design – combining enterprise-grade technology with a behaviourally informed employee experience that removes friction at every step and makes saving frictionless. The platform integrates directly with payroll, enabling employees to save automatically from their salary with no additional admin for employers and peace of mind for employees.
Being shortlisted by the payroll profession's own chartered institute is a meaningful signal. Sync was built from the ground up to work within payroll as a native integration. Recognition from CIPP reflects how seriously the payroll industry is beginning to take financial resilience as an outcome, not just another benefit.
Joss Tasker, CEO and co-founder of Sync Savings, said:
"Payroll professionals are the ones who understand better than anyone how powerful the point of pay really is. Being shortlisted by CIPP – the body that represents and champions that profession – means a great deal to us. We built Sync to work with payroll, not around it, and this recognition is a real validation of that approach."
The winners will be announced at the CIPP Annual Excellence Awards ceremony in October 2026. You can see the shortlist here.
